About Mike Amabile

I have lived in the Houston area for over 25 years and graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Advertising and Journalism. I cherish my wonderful family and the amazing friends I have made throughout the years. I have enjoyed building things since I was a young boy and working for Frontier has allowed me to continue along this path. Though I work a lot and work hard, I do like to do other things as well. In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar, composing music and performing. I have an interest in fine woodworking and furniture making. I also enjoy many outdoor activities such as mountain biking, hiking, hunting, fishing and camping. I would like to see the world and when time allows, I like to travel as much as possible.

Mike Amabile’s Credentials

I’ve been in the construction industry for over 15 years. I have hands on experience in land clearing, framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, trim carpentry, painting, hardware and finishes. I have been involved in managing large multi-family projects across the nation as well. I have a strong work ethic and place a large amount of emphasis on caring about my customers. I take pride in my work and make every effort to build them the homes of their dreams.

Before Frontier, I worked for several multi-family construction companies managing projects throughout Texas and along the East Coast. During this time, I learned the valuable skills of time management and project coordination. Prior to that while attending school, I worked on small scale construction projects as a general site -hand, carpenter and site supervisor. This work experience has given me the tools to understand the construction process from beginning to end, which I use every single day at Frontier Custom Builders.
